The Financial GymReviews of financialgym.com

Financial discussion can be very impowering. I have used the advice and implemented the practical practices of my financial advisor. If your ready to become aware and in control of your finances this is the place for you. Priceless

Summary: I wholeheartedly reccomend The Financial Gym to anyone who wants to get better with their finances. Give them a call to figure out how they can change your financial future. --- A little about me - I'm currently 20 years old, a full time student with various jobs and "side hustles" as income. When I started with the gym in January of 2018 I was completely financially unstable... I had a little over $300 to my name and any time I got a side gig I'd spend it on a new cologne or shoes. I came to the gym to give myself financial accountability and that's exactly what I got. Now only a year nd three months of being a member I have saved over $10,000, have a fully funded emergency fund, and am working on how to transition into post-grad life. I cannot recommend TFG enough. Each and every one of the trainers are fantastic people who genuinely care about you and your success. They make financial literacy easy and fun through their fitness related quarks, approachable attitude, and relatable events like their weekly wine and learns. With their new money back gaurentee, there's really no reason not to give TFG a shot.

I came to The Financial Gym with crippling credit card debt, student loan debt and the inability to think about financial goals. During my intake I described goals that really felt like pipe dreams. My trainer, Georgina, gave me a plan based on my current salary and then she disclosed a target salary (which was 30% more) I would need to accomplish these pipe dreams. She assured me that there was not much I could cut from my budget, so I would need to focus on gaining more income, otherwise I will be managing the debt for a long time. She sent me off with a list of resources including webinar links, Martini & Your Money links, etc to do research. I was in the middle of the job hunting process and thought I would be luck to get 15% more, but the number she gave me stuck in my mind. So during negotiations I was incredibly stubborn, and not only did I get that 30% more salary, but more vacation days and benefits. I was able to contact my trainer remotely to weigh out the salary package. I am on track to pay off all of my credit card debt by the end of this year and have never felt more in control of my finances. My friends and family have noticed a change in my stress and happiness. I can't recommend The Financial Gym enough. The team has been an incredible resource paired with compassion, empathy and knowledge and without any judgement.

The Financial Gym partners you with a coach who helps you with any financial worry or dream. Victoria is an amazing coach--she helped me to create a financial life plan that set me on a new path. If you are afraid to look at your finances or believe that you will never get out of debt or be able to buy a home or start a business, get a coach. It will forever change how you see money.

My husband and I have tried many times to sit down and figure out our finances, and it has always eluded us. We would end up arguing about the best way to sort things out, and being that neither of us are financial experts, neither of us trusted the other with the task. Working with the Financial Gym has been a breath of fresh air, we finally have a plan and it feels manageable to both of us. It is a casual environment where we are both comfortable asking any questions we have without feeling like we should already know the answer. We highly recommend this business!

The FG has been an invaluable resource to me. I have been able to learn and network with like minded women that share my financial goals. The NYC space and event formats are perfect. Such a chill and welcoming space & staff always amazing. Hope every young female professional across the US has a chance to access what we have in NYC!

Empowering women is the name of the game! I love everything about the Financial Gym. I joined in 2017, as many others out of embarrassment and shame, I did not hold myself accountable for my spending. I started out on my plan and was rocking it and then fell off the wagon, canceled my plan. But getting right back up and going to give it another whirl more determined than ever! What has given me this confidence you say? Hearing all the podcasts, and knowing they are not going to judge me but help elevate me to success!! Thank you, Shannon, for bearing your soul in each podcast and always making listeners feel as if we are true friends! Yohanna A.
