I wish I found the Financial Gym sooner! I had such a wonderful experience with Catriona. She helped me navigate multiple job changes, get out of debt, save for and buy a house, budget for a wedding and fertility treatments, and start a family. This company truly provides nonjudgmental support towards your financial goals. There is no shame along the way- but consistent accountability, financial education, and encouragement. Can't recommend them enough!

As someone who has always struggled with managing finances, Financial Gym has made a huge difference in my life. I usually am embarrassed to confront this kind of thing, especially with another person, but my coach, Joy, has been extremely supportive, and the resources she has given me are very well-tailored to my needs. Even with the monthly cost, I’ve been able to restructure my monthly spending to where I am saving more money than I ever thought I could. Joy Liu is an understanding, kind, and very knowledgeable FinGym financial advisor -- and I highly recommend her! I came to Joy at the start of Covid, worried about my finances and in strong need of good advice. In her calm, positive, and non-judgmental way, Joy has helped me see the value in keeping records of my weekly and monthly earnings, as well as how to take advantage of ways of saving. FinGym is a game changer! I absolutely love working with my trainer Sam Cash, she helps me face what I used to think of as scary financial realities with confidence and transparency! It has been so comforting to be able to talk with her about anything I'm worried about, she is so kind and easy to talk to. It's like having a financial therapist, which I never knew I needed.
