Within about a week, I contacted support and requested cancellation. I was told I was not eligible for a refund. Three months later, I was unexpectedly rebilled. I contacted support again and received no response. Only after I filed a dispute with my bank did they reply. They asked me to confirm via email that I had logged into the portal three months earlier and uploaded my resume. I confirmed that this was correct and clearly stated that I was **not disputing the first charge**, but the second charge that had just been billed three days prior. After that, communication stopped. My bank later informed me that the company claimed the charge was valid and that the issue was my fault. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I was charged nearly $500 total for a service that did not function properly and continued billing after I had requested cancellation. The lack of clear communication and the need to involve my bank just to receive a response is unacceptable. This is the first negative review I have written in over 20 years of online purchases. I am 57 years old and have rarely encountered business practices like this. I would advise others to proceed with caution.

I requested a refund within 48 hours because the product was defective. They denied my request claiming 'substantial usage' because I spent time trying to troubleshoot their broken tool.
