Filson Pullman bag developed bad smell. Filson gave me the runaround to get me to go away. Said I could send it at my expense to be restored. Only customer interface is AI agent who wants to waste enough of your time so you just give up. I am out ?200+ for a lifetime bag I cannot use. Buyer beware.

I purchased a pair of 10.5 oz canvas pants. They were advertised as ‘rugged’. The item was not rugged in my opinion. I chose to return the item following Filsons much self-touted customer satisfaction policy. They do not provide a return label, they do not pay return postage, they charge a return handling fee of $8.00, the require returning within seven days. Return postage would have been $75.00 (UPS) or $25,00 (USPS). Customer service emails were not particularly customer friendly. I’ve donated the item to Goodwill and I am finished with overpriced Filson!

I placed an order directly with Filson on September 9, 2026, and paid US$69 for expedited shipping. After a long delay related to Filson’s warehouse transition, Filson cancelled my order without sending me any email explaining the reason. The order had been accepted and paid for, yet I was left waiting and received no proper communication. I understand that inventory problems can happen, but cancelling a paid order without explanation is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Keep well away from this company, customer service is non existent - nobody ever replies when you want to organise a return and even then folk are saying they never receive their refunds ! Will be reporting

I needed a work bag that could handle getting thrown around the shop without falling apart. The tin cloth field bag was perfect for this. Worth every dollar for someone who actually uses their gear hard.

Terrible customer service. I processed an order and their system defaulted to last shipping address in their system and after a chat and two phone calls over days they have not updated my shipping in their system. Filson used to stand for quality and a great US owned company and clearly they are not that anymore. The last time I order from them. Their e-com site is horrible and antiquated.

Filson is a scammy company. I bought 2 shirts, they didn’t fit. I returned them hoping to get the same item in a different size. Instead of an exchange, they sent me a “gift card”. For several months I have tried ordering different items and Filson has been out of stock on every single thing I’ve tried to order, at least 8 items. After playing this little game for months, I wrote and asked for a refund. They refused. So now I’m stuck with a worthless gift card and Filson pockets a couple of hundred bucks of my money.

Brought one of their l expensive jackets online. The pattern and buttons are completely out of line! The hem is crooked and there are various threads. I have sent multiple emails with photos and have had no reply!!
