Product has changed, but not updated on site

After ordering shipping tags from fetpack 2 years ago I was finally ready to make another order. I placed the order along with a few more items and was excited to receive my shipment. Ups showed up at my door expecting an additional $26.01 for customs charges and taxes, I was shocked as I have never ordered such large items and didn't not know additional charges would apply but I gladly paid it. Once I opened my order, I found that the shipping tags that came were completely different than the ones I order. I contacted fetpack about the issues, they told me that the boarder costs are not their problem (true) and that the items I purchased stated "reinforced" which on the past order meant a plastic strip on the backside and blank front but on this order meant a 1/8" brown reinforcement hole on both sides of the tag. When questioned further they simply stated "Not responsible for typographical errors. Artwork is representational.Not responsible for typographical errors. Artwork is representational." but that I was welcome to send my item back for a refund and provided a #. Shipping this back would cost more than the item itself! Completely unreasonable response and I will not deal with fetpack again.

The Manila Shipping Tags you ordered has a brown circular reinforcement at the top. You are correct, the image on our website shows a clear reinforcement strip at the top. We switched to a brown circular reinforcement because it is a better reinforcement. We know when most customers purchase Shipping Tags, the quality of the reinforcement is of primary importance. The description did state that the Shipping Tags were reinforced, it did not say it was clear. However we understand your viewpoint and would like to work with you. Since returning the Shipping Tags is not an option we would like to offer you a credit. Please email [email protected] with your invoice number for details. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Velveteen pouches

Sorry you were not happy with the quality. The pouches you ordered, item SPE57, are economy pouches. We carry a much higher quality pouch, item SP57 which is available in assorted colors. Postage due
I ordered this product which toot to long to be delivered. Then it was postage due after I paid for it on the web page. Then I had to go and pick it up at the post office. Extremely inconvenient!!!!!! Won't use this company again!

Great products. Best prices.
I can always find exactly what I need. Being in the antique business and needing pricing/tagging supplies, I find Fetpak has the best variety. The website is laid out well and easy to use. From the time of order until delivery there is great communication from the company. AND orders over $75 have FREE SHIPPING! I would highly recommend this company.
