Great Customer Service!

I was so impressed when I unwrapped the package and saw what care you took in wrapping it for shipment. It arrived in perfect condition. I was impressed with the quality of the items. My only desire was I would have liked a zippered compartment inside the purse to hold my folded money as the mini wallet does not have enough room for even all my necessary cards. Overall, I love the cross body bag and matching mini wallet and am so proud to wear use them in my daily shopping routine!!

I have been trying to get a replacenent for my large wallet because the zipper came apart. I do not have a number to call. I get constant texts from Gloria trying to sell me more bags, and I sent her pictures for her to resolve the problem. She continues saying that she sent an email with instructions. I have not received sn email. I live in Ave Maria , FL, and everybody here loves my purse. Sadly, this is a store which is supposed to be Catholic! Another disappointment! Do not buy anything from them. By now, They should have sent me a new wallet. That is the Catholic way!! PS- I also bought the " leather" tote to match the wallet. It was not cheap.

The two Feratia bags of our Lady I recently received are beautiful. I would have preferred more compartments inside the bag to help me organize my items but that's an easy fix. I received prompt responses to my emails when I was wondering about the ETA of my bags and found them most helpful.
