I just received my order yesterday. I paid $23 for faster shipping, and I couldn't believe how the products arrived. They were in a plastic bag, basically unprotected. The mailman shoved the package into my mailbox because it didn't look like anything that needed protection. When we got it out, the shipping bag was ripped. Thankfully, the bag was ok, but I reached out to the company to complain about the poor packaging and basically got offered a useless 20% off coupon code for my next order. I do not plan to order from them again. The purse and wallets are pretty, but their customer service is greatly lacking. If they want to charge as much as they do for these items, they should ship them in a way that says their quality product is worth protecting!

I was skeptical and cautious at first because I saw these purses via a facebook ad. After doing a little bit of research to confirm that this ad was not a scam, I excitedly made my purchase online. My purse arrived yesterday, just in time for me to wear to Mass for Ascension Thursday. The image is stunning! The only suggestion I have is that the strap on the crossbody is not centered on the purse so it tends to fall a little forward. Maybe I can fill it so the purse is more balanced. The size is perfect to fit my phone and a few essential items. The length of the strap is adjustable, but since I am tall, I would have liked for it to be a little longer. I hope that in the future, some of your smaller rectangular totes can come with a strap to convert them into crossbody purses. I purchased this purse with a discount code and regret not ordering another with the great offers that were sent to me after purchase. I will be looking for more great discounts to add these beauties to my collection.

Need to have a telephone number to be able to talk to a representative for customer service and help other than email! Very disappointed!

JUST AN UPDATE the day after writing this review, Feratia emailed me of their own accord and offered me the free wallet without charging a shipping fee. I'm not sure if they saw this review or what, but I am happy they are doing the right thing. They explained that I can't have two promotions at once, so the sale prices on the two paid-for items I ordered apparently counted as one promotion. This policy is a little fuzzy, IMHO, but I am increasing my review to three stars as a result. _________________________________ On April 29, 2026, I visited Feratia.com based on a Facebook ad I saw. I put in my information but did not make a purchase. On that same day, I received an email that stated that if I purchased a leather handbag, I would receive a free matching wallet. At the time, their wallets cost $19.99. I liked the idea of a handbag with a matching wallet so was induced to purchase a handbag and a tote bag. My order subtotal was $109.96 plus $13.99 in shipping. On May 7, 2026, the handbag arrived without a matching wallet "tucked inside", as the email had promised. I emailed Feratia's customer service email address to inquire about the missing wallet, and an AI agent asked me for pictures of the shipping label, all the packaging, and the handbag itself. I sent all of the above, plus a picture of the inside of the handbag containing nothing but a shoulder strap (read: no wallet) and screenshots of the April 29th email. On May 8, 2026, a presumably human agent named Rosalie responded, stating that they were "no longer running the free wallet promotion" and that the "email [I] received may have been an older or automatically triggered promotional message, which unfortunately can sometimes cause confusion". She then offered a free wallet so long as I covered the $9.99 shipping fee. This is not satisfactory, as the wallet would have been included in the order I received and already paid shipping for. Further, from my point of view as a consumer, this is essentially a 50% discount on a wallet, not a free wallet. In short, I was induced to make a purchased based on the offer of the free item, and when the free item was not received, I was told it was their mistake and that I could pay $9.99 in shipping (which I guarantee is less than their cost to ship) to receive the item that should have cost me $0 extra. Honestly, I don't even care about the wallet (I declined their "offer" to spend more money) so much as their deceptive practices. Incidentally, shortly after I received the email about a free wallet promotion, but before I placed an order, I received another email about another promotion in which I would receive a free "surprise" bag if I purchased a bag. I do not know if this promotion would have been honored or not.

I am very pleased with my Gloria handbag overall. The motif is lovely. However, I am somewhat disappointed with the difficulty zipping and unzipping it. I hope it remedies itself over time after repeated zippings and unzippings. The bonus Rosaria circle crossbody is beautiful. The zipper closure operates seamlessly. The design is beautiful.

The bag I received is more stunning out of the package than any of the pictures online. The transaction went smoothly and the bag was received as stated. Eye catching without the bling!!
