Ordered 2 bags, small Gloria handbag and Rosario large handbag, both vegan leather. The prices were a bargain as they were on sale and the bonus were the wallets to match the purses. The purses arrived well wrapped and sooner than expected. They are well made, durable and beautiful. There was a small problem with the Rosario bag which had adhesive residue to the lower part of the bag. I reached out to customer service and was guided on how to clean it and the problem was solved. The agent that attended me was courteous and patient . I have recommended Feratia bags to my friends.
