Very poor experience. The advertised offers were misleading, customer service was unhelpful, and the return process was unnecessarily difficult even when the issue was not caused by the customer. A company should be honest about its offers and support its customers when problems happen. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing, and I cannot recommend them.

I wouldn't buy anything from this company. I ordered a Blessed Mother purse for my wife for Christmas which was delivered on 12-20, 2025. I gave it to her on 12-25-2025. She carried it ONLY one day a week to her Legion of Mary meetings. On 3-22-2026 she told me the handle broke and emailed this company for a replacement. They said there's only a 3 month warranty, so since it broke after 3 months and TWO DAYS, they could only SELL us another one at a discount. As far as I'm concerned when you're spending almost $140 for a real leather purse, you should have a lot LONGER than a three month warranty.

This is what I sent Feratia regarding the order I received from them. “The three items I ordered came in and no, it did not bring a smile to my face. More like a disgusted frown. So disappointed with the washed colors on all three pieces. Where did you get these pieces? They are awful. I first opened the bag with the purse and wallet that was supposed to be the “Adora” style and was going to be a gift for my sister. It was whitish, so pale and the detailing that appears so vivid in your site is totally washed out. I figured, ok that is a bust. Thinking that the “Clara,” that was for me, was maybe going to be better and it was just as bad. I have ordered three other purses from you, the “Famoria” for my sister and the “Serena” and “Gloria” for me. My sister’s was beautiful and she loved it. Mine were also very nice, the “Gloria” colors are spot on. The “Serena” coloring was not as bright as your pictures, but was fine. I am enclosing pictures and videos of the three pieces. At least the “Adora” wallet’s image is nice and round, not as the one I ordered from some other vendor’s that was an oval and the colors were off, but your colors are worse than theirs. I had to trash $277 for the order I placed with the knockoff vendor’s at Catholight, because I figured, maybe theirs would be better, NOT!” The picture is a side by side pictures of what Feratia advertises on the right of the screenshot and what I received on the left of the screenshot. That is the “Clara” It does not let me copy more than one photo, but the “Adora” is just as bad.
