I bought my wife a Medium premium leather Credo handbag, the design is beautiful but the quality is not great. The zipper is poorly made as it does not smoothly glide open and close, the zipper tends to get stuck. The leather is very stiff and does not feel like the premium quality leather that they advertise. After I gave the bag to my wife she wanted to exchange it for a smaller bag but we need to pay for the shipping both ways which will make the bag even more expensive, also the smaller bag is the same price as the medium bag. At the end my wife decided to keep the bag but disappointed with the quality and experience. They also only have customer service through email so not ideal when we have questions.
