The bag is beautiful. I was expecting it to be packed into a box. It came well wrapped inside a large heavy duty plastic bag. I am concerned about the zipper. It doesn’t seem to be of the quality of the bag; it has the feel of plastic. I hope it doesn’t snag or lose teeth.

They got better now at responding to me that was super important after the last incident and they sent a new one right away after. I love the look and style of the medium size bag. The only issue I had with the bag was I wished they’d put cushion inside the tote bag instead of sending it flat and that causes creases on the bag

Very beautiful bags. Quality workmanship and great customer service. These bags have beautiful images of our Faith on them, and when we carry them, we share the Gospel in a subtle but poignant way.

My beautiful bag set just arrived and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much for the 2 free wallets. Your products are simply gorgeous and I receive many compliments from both friends and strangers that notice the cross amid the flowers. It's a subtle way to declare my faith daily.
