I bought the product with anticipation seeing as everyone and their cousins were raving about it. At first the product did the job, it made me look like a photoshopped beauty. However jump forwards a few weeks and my acne makes a surprise visit. I don’t recommend this product as all it is is a acne provoking bottle of liquid

Not even one star deserves!! I ordered on singles day deal, when you’re getting a kit of goodies with any order, the kit contains mini foundation, concealer, primer and setting powder. The web didn’t even let me an option to choose a foundation shade but I had to do the purchase before the singles day deal is over, than I contacted Fenty beauty via email , and they said they can only give me a 20% discount for my next order. That doesn’t help! I want the mini kit I need to get fully! I didn’t purchase for nothing. Scammers!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic Lipstick with great staying power. I hardly needed to re-apply throughout the day, and the lipstick was very well-pigmented with beautiful strong colour. The lipstick case is lovely too, in silver, and I was altogether very impressed with this product. I also was able to buy it from Boots the Chemist which was great. I purchased an order on Wednesday the 23rd of October on the website and today the 25th i havent received a shipping confirmation. I called to check on my order amd they said they didnt have a shipping address even though on my order confirmation i clearly added an address it was a birthday gift now they are saying the warehouse may have to cancel it due to no address. There customer service is trash, they are definitely not friendly and they tell you whatever to get you off the phone. None of the reps have personality and they do not do further research, I spent over 100.00 dollars on this order for them to tell me that it may possibly be cancelled. This is totally absurd, I will be switching to a different brand becuase customer service is everything it may not be their purchase but at least pretend to care

Love their foundation! Really good long wear foundation thats super buildable; also love their highlight (hello sparkles!) Only giving 4 stars as tried their concealer also and found it to be too thick for me; (although I'm a makeup rookie so I could be using too much haha). Would buy again

I took my daughter to Harvey Nichols 22/09/19 in the afternoon For a make over and purchase Fenty prowducts. Unfortunately we did not and tried about two products. There were three associates. One didn't seem to know how to select the right product for her skin. One was rude and aloof and spoke over me when i asked questions, she also did not not draw out attention to any of the products One did try and listen to what was being asked but didn't follow up on the sale. It was a disappointing visit and we promptly when and spent our money with Mac. I wish we had a better introduction to Fenty products as I hear many good reviews about the actual products. The associates need more training. A disaster of s birthday gift.

Bought something or other in Boots for my wife and she loved it, said its the best one she's ever had! Diamond boy or glitter bomb, anyway was great and reasonably priced compared to some other make up brands.

I purchased my order received a tracking number and on the day it was supposed to be here patiently waited by my door for the package for hours and I finally got a text saying the package was delivered 1 hour ago I searched everywhere around my apartment saw nothing knocked on the doors of all my neighbors thinking it could possibly have been miss delivered nothing I contacted customer support they told me to wait 3 days and if it didn’t show up to give them a call back 🙃 I waited 4 days to be safe and contacted them again and they said they will be looking into the matter and will get back to me in 8-10 business days. I find it ridiculous that I have to wait so long for something I spent so much money on. Never again Fenty
