Posted a bad review on here on 18/04 & they responded to say they wanted to “make things right” and that “someone from customer services will be in touch shortly” 11 days later no one has been in touch. This company does not care about its customers. Avoid.

Overpriced and over-rated. If you take Rihanna off the marketing campaign and nice packaging style you're left with drug store quality products at triple the price.

I bought some Fenty Beauty products in order to receive them before christmas. On the website there was a schedule that showed that shipping to my country (The Netherlands) could take up to 1 week. Christmas came and no package no email no tracking information nothing! I tried to communicate with them trough email but nobody gave a straight answer which is very frustrating and very unprofessional. I even tried to connect with them trough several social media platforms but the sound of crickets was very loud! After 2 months I finally got my order. But this is the last time I ordered. It's not worth the headache. For such a big brand they should be ashamed for the horrible service they give their paying customers. Not cool. I don't recommend to order through the website but through Sephora. For me living in the Netherlands the US Sephora is no longer available but the French Sephora is. They don't have everything but at least they are delivering within a week.

products are ok. I'm a makeup artist, so i get to see a lot of products on a daily basis. to say these are the best products ever? no, they are not, they are ok. Way overpriced to my opinion. But, you gotta give to them - the color range is insane and diverse, so that one is a major plus.

I tried to place an order at fentybeauty.com. First I was charged, but then received a email that my order had been cancelled. I wrote FB and asked why and they replied that it was because I had a card from a different country. I wrote them two emails back asking if we could find a solution but never got an answer. All this was one week ago, so I decided to call customer service today. The woman told me I was not charged (even though I still am after a week) and that I could not order anything from the page since I don't own a american visa card. I tried to ask many questions about how to solve it, but got no help at all. Now, I have an cancelled order and been charged. Hopefully the money will appear on my account soon, or I have to take this further. I have never experienced such a bad service before and it is so sad since I love the products. Never buying from this brand again!!

This is the absolute best makeup ever! I am 57 and I was such a sun bunny. I had a peel done several years ago. I was told to try this makeup by my daughters. It’s the flawless, softest looking makeup. It makes lines, dark circles, sun damage and scars seriously go away!! Thank you for developing this product. I don’t even have to think of peels , I have it all with this extraordinary line.

I really love the shade of my liquid foundation but the bottle it's a big NO! I can't bring it out, whenever I will include it in my makeup kit it always spills:'(

They've charged me twice and they won't even reply to an email
