I ordered almost 180 dollars and got wrong items. Since it is an oversea shipping I wrote them several times asking for a solution. Didn't got any kind of answer. So I'm really mad and disappointed since I was expecting much more than this.

fenty beauty wth? i ordered almost 200 dollars worth products i have been charged, i have paypal recipet, but i don't see my order anywhere, i called several times and the costumer service girl just says she can't find it and thats it, now they won't even answer!! they don't check my emails, i can not cancel the payment from paypal as it has been accepted , soooo what the hell should i dooooo????? somebody should f-ing answer, it has been 5 days!!!!!

I order an item May 13, 2020 and it gave the option of free two shipping which i was like cool !! It didn’t come in checked and it said getting delivered the 22 now it’s saying the 27th . Which i wouldn’t mind if it didn’t have the option of two day shipping . Also I’ve heard other people ordered the day i did and the next day she had the 30% for email subscribers i missed it by a few hours i emailed them to see if they’d honor it since people on the Fenty beauty insta said they honored and nothing . I love her makeup !! But it’s just mad customer service . On the website it says responds in a few hours next to check it’s been 5 days .

I feel that it's worth the money Fenty is sold at Sephora Since it's been doing makeup it's been known to be an outstanding company Many people like Fenty varieties of shades and the natural look of the makeup Good job Rihanna

I ordered a diamond bomb highlighter which came literally detached from the package. The disc of highlighter was sliding around in its plastic container and slid out onto my hand like a pancake when i opened it. My killawatt highlighter was broken as well and my glass slipper gloss bomb CLEAR lip gloss (emphasis on the clear) had a brown piece of something in it. That was extremely unsettling especially with the pandemic. Very unhappy with my purchases

Never again will i order from FENTY BEAUTY...I ordered my mother in law some make up for mothers day but everyday they are telling me a different excuse my order have been saying still processing for 4 days now and there telling me i cant get a refund once the order is processed smh

Whoever has had poor customer service didn’t have the pleasure of getting the agent I spoke to! It took a total of 5 minutes to wait, get a reship resolution for my broken Diamond Bomb Highlight, and politely get me off the phone. Also, considering the delayed shipment from all other online business’ Fenty had my items delivered to my door in only 4 days. Round of applause for Fenty Beauty’s Warehouse and Customer Service Team.

The websites promotes free 3 day shipping and it’s day 3 and my order is still being processed. I understand there’s an epidemic but ulta beauty shipping works fine and other beauty companies. Hell even amazon. Don’t promote free 3 day shipping if it’s not true. Never again
