I saw the Rihanna Vouge (i think it was) video where she went over her night time skin care routine. I then went around the Internet searching for reviews & everything seemed fine. I’ve been wanting to try Fenty for some time and needed some skin care products so I figured I’d give it a try. I went to the website & bought the skin care bundle for $75 on Saturday & the money was debited from my account the same day. I saw my order was still processing on Tuesday & called to see when it will be shipped. The customer service lady seemed annoyed & bothered as if me asking about my order was inconvenient. She said that they don’t process orders over the weekend & processing takes 1-2 business days. Okay fine. But now here it is Thursday almost a week since I placed my order & it’s still processing. I think this is a little ridiculous since I could order from Target, Walmart or even Amazon & my order would be shipped within a day or two with no problem. If my order isn’t shipped by Tomorrow or Monday I will try canceling. Although I’m afraid they probably won’t let me because I read online that you can’t cancel, you have to wait until they ship your items & then send your products back for a refund. Which again makes me feel like after this experience I will more than likely refrain from buying their products.

I purchased the eye liner pencil and it is the worst. It is very rough to apply, it skips and when you try to re apply it takes it all off your eyes. I thought it would be a great product given that Rhianna has beautiful skin and makeup. I thought she would have a great product but I was very disappointed.

Not happy at all. Ordered makeup...it was never delivered...in fact according to the Shop App that I suggest everyone download...it went to a whole another address. I call fenty beauty...they tell me its gonna be 8-10 business days before they do anything...talking about we have to investigate...yeah ok. I will never order from them again.

If I can leave it without stars cause 1 star is to much for fenty beauty, they canceled my order twice without a refund total 155 us dollars money doesn't grow on trees, so you can easily robb people am so angry and disappointed

So, I had originally a package that never made it to my house. Somehow it went missing being delivered from Fenty Beauty to UPS. All I had to do was call Fenty Beauty though! I first called UPS to figure out what was going on, because the shipping tracking info said weird stuff. When they said the package never made it, I called Fenty Beauty. I was on hold for the same duration as I had been on hold with UPS; there does happen to be a pandemic, etc. I explained what happened, and I think after checking with UPS, they resent me a brand new package! The other negative reviews had me worried, so I got really anxious, but I definitely shouldn’t have. People are human, and stuff happens sometimes, but Fenty Beauty took care of me!

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! Highly incompetent and unprofessional! SHAMBOLIC customer service! No care at all for customers! Tragic and pathetic!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Do not buy beauty products from this scamming company! I ordered beauty for over 350$ and it got cancelled. So I tried to get a refund and no one is anwering any of my emails! Please do not buy!!! They’re scamming people!!!

Very disappointed in the customer service at Fenty. I purchased two items through them rather than purchasing through Sephora and reached out to customer service more than 5x and only received a response back once.You receive an email back from them automatically that says you will get an answer in 24 hours. It has been over two weeks since I received that email with no response (and I sent it twice). Honestly- may not even continue to purchase through Sephora because I am so disappointed in the lack of support.
