First time Fenty shopper and my experience so far is enough to make me never buy from them again. I orderEd the Mattemoiselle lipstick in shade Griselda and instead I received Two Lil Stunnas lip color duo in Unmatched and Underrated. Neither are a color close to what I ordered or would even wear. Really disappointed because I needed this for a wedding this Friday. *UPDATE* Customer service ending up replying immediately and was very nice and fast to turn the situation around. They are kind enough to overnight me the correct item I ordered. Fingers crossed it is the correct one when it arrives! *FINAL UPDATE* The correct product arrived the day after speaking to the customer service. Tested the product for a short time and seems pretty long lasting so far. I am very excited to wear it tomorrow for the wedding I’m in. I’ve updated to four stars because I ending up being very impressed by customer service. The phone call took all of 8 minutes and problem was solved promptly. Still left off one star just for the added hassle, but at least the situation was handled beautifully!

J’ai acheté les produits Fentybeauty (fondation, mascara, lipstick...) tout est parfait. De bonne qualité ! Je suis très satisfaite. J’ai donc essayé les produits FentySkin. Je pensais en avoir pour 75€ + frais de livraison bon finalement il y a une taxe de 15€ ce n’est pas négligeable. MAIS il m’a été offert 1 miroir, une grande Trousse de toilette de qualité ainsi qu’un échantillon de mascara. 10jours d’attende .. Tout arrive correctement emballé sans chichi non plus. Mais alors première utilisation j’ai ADORÉ le résultat, l’odeur, le packaging. Mon mari veut que je lui en commande désormais Alors qu’il n’avait pas de skin routine et une peau qui a tendance a rougir , et ma cousine est tout autant satisfaite. Nous sommes entièrement ravie des produits. Nous l’utilisons tout les jours et nous voyons a quel point ils sont efficaces. Merci FENTY

I sent my return in at the end of July. Was finally able to reach destination Aug 20th. Today is 9/16 and still not information regarding my return. They are as slow as turtles. It is totally unacceptable.

I am so surprised at the reviews ,when i was reading everyone reviews 99% of them were people saying it's scam and not to order and that customer service is not great . My experience was the opposite , customer service via email were very responsive and answered back immediately and i got my package very quickly ! thanks fenty

Absolutely terrible. I paid around £20 for a quick shipping. My order never arrived. I never got a tracking number. I emailed them so many times but never got any response. Suddenly, i got a notification that i have been partially refunded as they only refunded me the cost of the order and dismissed the shipping cost. What a total scam. You’d think a big brand with good reputation would have an atleast decent service.

I am surprised at the horrible reviews. I have ordered 2 to 3 times online from the website and have never experienced an issue. I utilize afterpay for my payment method and pay in 2 installments. I have been updated when my items ship and tracking provided. As always, USPS has been great to me. I'm no makeup geek, but of the products I've ordered, most of them have been good. The primer is not greasy, the foundation matches me perfectly, the sunscreen smells nice and applies well. The only products that I wasn't completely satisfied with was a liquid eyeliner set. It was a 3 pack of colors, 2 of the 3 had applicators that were slightly bent/thick product so it made application difficult. The colors were not everyday colors, so it wasn't a huge loss (plus they were on sale). I do look forward to trying more products, whether purchased on the site or from Sephora in a pinch.
