Incorrect items sent. Impossible to reach anyone by phone. No response to emails or web chat. Still no resolution. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Absolute joke

Tried contacting them couple of times to say I’m having difficulty purchasing gift card from their website as the link won’t work on their page. I have still not had any response so I took my custom to Mac makeup which I’ve had no issues with this far.

Unfortunately I got stuck in a deadly combo: fenty beauty horrific costumer service and GLS Italy usual bullshit. I placed my order two weeks ago, the address was reported by GLS to be incorrect. I tried to reach out to fenty "costumer service" to draw attention to this, to no avail: after I had to fix this situation without any assistance whatsoever from fenty, I got an email stating my order has been delivered. But the thing is... no parcel has been delivered. Once again, fenty "costumer service" proved to be a waste of time, since all I got was automated and unhelpful answers. I am surprised and disappointed such a reputable brand is so unresponsive to its costumers and so lacking when it comes to international shipping. I guess I won't be seeing my parcel anytime soon, hopefully they will be more efficient when it comes to the refund.

Ordered the gloss bomb vault from the AUS Fenty website for $106 aud. They cancelled my order without explanation. Go back to the website to confirm they were not sold out, but had actually increased the price of the item to $249 aud. I then received an email advising they had cancelled the order due to price discrepency on their website. How is this legal? Is there not a consumer law stating businesses are obligated to honor the prices at which goods were advertised at the time of purchase. What a joke Fenty!!

Order cancelled and refunded without explanation despite the product still being in stock on their website. 0/5 stars.

Total BS . Not recommended

I love Fenty. I placed my order yesterday in the morning and it was delivered today. I think they now hold stock in the UK. Great service and will buy again.

I'm actually quite shocked at the bad reviews on here. Fenty is not only quality make up, I always get my packages within a week - sometimes a few days if they ship the next day. I do live in the states so maybe that's the difference, but I highly recommend Fenty Beauty.
