Excellent Customer Service
The Mod Shop keeps the customer up to date. I emailed a question about my build and the response came from Fender the same day. The shipping updates were especially helpful due to a planned trip out of town on the delivery date. The guitar set up was amazing. And, there's something special about a serial number stamped into metal on the neck plate. I'll be back.

Ordered a modified pro player when it…
Ordered a modified pro player when it arrived the e string was disconnected, and the only packaging was the gig bag. Then I went all in and ordered a tele form the mod shop. The guitar is the best these hands have ever touched. But there was a small problem, there were two small scratches on the back side, I called Fender and I felt they took care of me. They let me order $200 worth of stuff. Love Fenders, in the process of ordering another from the Mod Shop.

Fender Guitars
Even though this product is made in a foreign country, I was surprised with the quality. Sounded good ,but it needed adjusting.

Thanks Jim, Our off shore product will have the same quality and attention to detail as our USA made instruments. Sometimes they do shift and settle a bit during the journey overseas, but as you discovered, some slight adjusting should bring everything back into spec. Thanks for the honest review.
