Good price, quick delivery, guitar in good shape when delivered.

I have not received the item.

Despite issues with FedEx and no fault of Fender I would surely buy from them again. Fender is an established brand for a good reason but a brand name is only as good as its customer service and their customer service is second to none. The help I received after FedEx botched my delivery is five star service. Kane Kitchen was absolutely fantastic, he assured me the issue would be corrected and he made good on his word. An irritating experience with FedEx ruined my mood for the day but my day was quickly turned around after my interaction with Mr.Kitchen. Kudos to Fender for having a Customer Service rep like that, he insured I’ll be a repeat customer,

I talked with Madi H today, gear advisor and she was extremely helpful in handling the minor issues with my Acoustasonic Guitar. She also sent me a .pdf which was fantastic :) Thankful for highly knowledgeable advisors such as Madi, and the great products that Fender makes. I am a lifelong fan of Fender!

10 stars thanks to KANE KITCHEN. This gentleman is the smartest, coolest and most professional customer service agent I’ve had the privilege of talking to. He helped me process a return and solve some complications that arose from it. Additionally, his good-mannered demeanor and quick thinking helped me find the best possible deal for a 50’s classic vibe Stratocaster which was almost impossible to ship to my location. Fender has a strong asset in Kane and all the great work he does.

Fender has always been a favorite of mine. Every guitar, accessory and gift item has been at or above expectation.
