I ordered Essentials Fear of God sweatpants and paid $40 for next day shipping and I have not received it yet. If you’re going to charge $40 for next day shipping it should arrive the next day!!

I placed and online order on 9/24, although the website says orders are processed and shipped within two business days, nothing yet on my order and no customer service phone number. I have emailed and I did get a reply that says to wait for an email that says my order has been shipped…I’ve already been waiting for that email for over two weeks. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is because I ordered something else after and that order was shipped within two days. I’d like a refund for the first order though

Been waiting for a shipment confirm since 10/03/2023 this is ridiculous! If you can’t ship on time and customer asks for a refund then they should atleast have the option to receive a refund without any question and hassle. It’s their money after all why are the customers being punished for the lack of inventory. This is my first and last order!

Place a order oct 3rd 2023. The reason because the company offer if i place an order with in the hr i will get my shoes ship the next day. 5 days later i havent recieve any email about my shoes being ship. I reach out to the support email about my concern. There rely was due to high volume order being delay. Thats very unfortunate dont false advertise and promise the customer shipment next day if you cannot deliver. Bad business

I’ve ordered several dunks after I placed my order with Feature…I received all my orders from other companies BUT FEATURE. If you guys don’t change your business practice with shipping, you’re going to ultimately lose a lot of customers and eventually go under. People are spending their hard earned money to purchase these things and the last I checked the payment cleared on my end. BUT I’m still waiting on the product. NEVER AGAIN!

Great customer support and buying experience. I have purchase over 10 times from Feature and will continue to do business with them.

If I could I would give this company NO stars! I’ve never heard of this site let alone anything they offer, yet somehow there was an order placed in my name, on my credit card! I literally received a email confirmation from this company to my email address for an order placed while I was on vacation with my family. When I emailed the order confirmation email to their customer service I received a response stating multiple times they had no order under any of my information! Since I was out of town I told them I would be denying the charges, which they encouraged. Now months later after the denied charges were submitted, this company, who said they had no record of an order in my name, provides “order details” to my credit card company in my name. Mind u it shows that the order was placed from an ip address from a completely different state than where I live or where I was vacationing at too!! I contacted my credit card company and provided so much proof to fight this, but bc of what this company sent them they’ve reissued the charge of over $550 to my card. I strongly believe this company was behind the fraud I’m a victim of! I would never make a purchase for a jacket (which mind u the order shows was abt 3 sizes too small for me anyway) for that amount of money! I’m a single Mom, it’s not easy to spend in generally, certainly not that amount either. They should be ashamed of themselves! I will co time to try to fight this to get my money back. EDIT: As of 10/27, been in contact with Robert, a manager. Was able to locate the package that was fraudulently purchased and send back to FEATURE, with the agreement upon receipt they’d refund my card in full for the fraudulent charge. To date NO REFUND and they are in possession of the unopened package of whatever was purchased with my card!! I will NOT give up until I receive my money back!!!

Everyone at the Chinatown location are great to work with. Super cool, very knowledgeable about the brands and helpful choosing pieces that they think you'll like. Shout out to Elisa, Kevin, Chase, Dio and Ean (of course the rest of the crew too!
