Placed an order for two items . One being a pair of sweatpants the other 3 pack of socks . Both items showing in stock and confirmed . The shipping was 14.95 for both . The sweatpants was cancelled and they still charged 14.95 for shipping . I requested a cancellation of all items. Waited days and was told item was already processed . And couldnt be cancelled at that . Dont do business with Fearure . Theyre are better companies with better return and cancellation policies.

I try canceling an order that was made and they said it wasn’t able to be located yet because it wasn’t processed, and once they were able to locate the order they said it couldn’t be cancelled because the was processed. Please spend your money elsewhere, there’s a people have zero ethical practice in place, and they certainly don’t value their clients or customers. Just another money grabbing company with zero morals…and for the customer service team Jose and Jamie, do better.

I ordered for my son and it was a birthday gift. Feature is a scam. Buyer beware I'll never use or trust feature ever again.

ordered a women’s shoe by accident (at night), before they even started the day i Sent them a message that this was a mistake by me and i need a men’s shoe so i need to cancel. i’m still shocked they refuse to cancel. such a bad customer service and way of doing pure business. first and last time with them. be aware.

I purchased items on sale from Feature. Feature cancelled my order without sending any form of notification. Then Feature's support team told me that I could purchase the items at full price and receive a refund to honor the original price I paid. After I ordered, Feature refunded only part of the amount, ignored my requests for resolution over email, and refused to let me use the company's return policy to return the items. Fraudulent business practices and corrupt management lead to scams.

Very disappointing customer service. I’ve been trying to get a response from Feature regarding my issue, but I’m not getting any real help. The support team last responded on and since then I’ve only been getting automated AI responses. I’ve repeatedly tried to contact someone who can actually look into my issue, but I still haven’t received a clear answer. It’s been weeks with no meaningful response from a real person. I expected much better communication and customer support.
