Placed an order for two hoodies on November 1 and haven't received an order confirmation or a reply after I emailed them with an inquiry as to its status. Never again. I'm going to have try a stop payment. I don't appreciate the hassle.

I entered a raffle for the bone and orange dunks back in August along with the green n white ones. I got confirmation that I won the green and white ones but no confirmation on the orange and bone so I figured I didn't win. Fast forward to September, I'm on vacation and I get an email notification that a package is on its way and it was Express Shipping... I look and see that it's from Feature, I check my bank account and I wa charged for this sneaker that I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ABOUT WINNING A MONTH AFTER THEY DROPPED. Like how do you just charge someone for a drop a month after. It's obvious that someone didn't want that shoe so it was now passed along to me WITH NO NOTIFICATION OR EMAIL ASKING IF I WAS STILL INTERESTED IN THEM. I emailed FEATURE explaining this and asking if I could send them back for a refund or credit and they refused. There is nowhere in there terms and conditions that states that you can possibly receive an item without notification of you winning the raffle a month later after the sneaker is SOLD OUT. Til this day those unwanted sneakers are sitting at my front door in it's original box untouched and unwanted. It's so unfair and unprofessional of them to do this to anyone.

I was hesitant to buy from here cuz there’s some mix reviews but I’m glad I went through with it because my order just came in and I’m happy with the purchase, so I purchased a couple more. Can’t wait to get em. Thank you! Will shop again.

I ordered a sweater that got lost in the mail, so I ordered another one in replacement. Now that the first sweater was found, they refuse to exchange it for me because they are saying it was a final sale item. No where on the website did it say final sale, otherwise i would not have purchased the same sweater twice. Customer service is horrible. Dont waste your money with this website if you think you may need to return or exchange anything for any reason.
