Ordered 2 lamps. I did receive them (finally), but the quality was poor for what I paid. Far more importantly, they made multiple unauthorized charges to my card beyond my order. When you click "no" to their extended service plan, they charge you for it anyway, and there is no way to cancel the order. Plus, you are magically signed up for a a recurring monthly charge for a "rewards program" which is $39.99/month. Never consented to that, was not on the order page, and again, no way to cancel the charge with them. In short, it's not a store, it's a scam website. Had to cancel my credit card. Don't purchase their crappy lamps.

Do not order online from Feanatics Shoes. The shoes were total junk. I talked to a live person who said they would send a return label. Nothing. Called a 2nd time. On hold for 20 minutes and hung up. Sad.

These guys are scammers! I ordered a mouse trap from them in June and got charged the additional lifetime warranty, even though I did not authorize that. Then I complained by email. They responded that I would receive a refund for the additional charge . One month later I have still not received my refund. In addition to that, since my ONLY purchase from them, my credit card got scammed 5 times - they use different names, and all 5 fraudulent charges were in the amount of $35 to $39 each. This means they sell your credit card information. I reported them and now luckily my credit card company will deal with them. And by the way, their product sucked big time- cheap, nonfunctional. Total waste of money. Beware!!

(Sorry this is long but im kind of peeveddd) I’m glad I haven’t gotten the unauthorized charges on my card (hopefully i wont, but i only ordered from feanatics on June 30th). But I purchased a small AC unit just to help with cooling a bedroom instead of my whole apartment which has been pretty expensive on the electricity bill. Well, i paid like 100 dollars for some dinky little mini fan that was probably put together for about 10 bucks, the wiring was literally like a toy car and it doesnt cool off anything, putting water in it doesnt do anything. Pretty sure all the reviews on the website are fake, or they delete all the bad ones idk, but all their products have a 4.8 star review? Kind of weird. Also emailed support to get a refund because the small fan is literally just garbage a kid would make for their science fair back in 2005, and their refund policy doesnt allow refunds on discounted items but 90% of their products are discounted?!? Their asking price for the item i recieved was over 200$??? I really hope I dont have to cancel my card from the unauthorized chargers but even without the extra charges I’d say the website is definitely a scam. Just by the quality of their products and the price they are asking. Another weird thing is, that i got advertising from them about how their warehouse is in America and they ship within America but the product i purchased shipped in from china? So again they are definitely lying about a lot of their business practices. I was offered a 30% refund, we’ll see if that happens.

I ordered a car vac for $24,95 and they have charged me over $56.00 for items I didn't order.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site first. The company is a scam. I ordered merchandise on June 17th. They immediately charged my card for an extra $10 for "insurance", even though I had declined it. 3 weeks later, they charge my card for another 39.99 for a recurring "promotions service". If I had not canceled it they would charge me 39.99 per month. DO NOT engage with this company. They are crooks. They should be sued.
