Always check out reviews before ordering online! Not doing that was my mistake! It took 2 weeks longer than expected to receive my order. I did get what I expected though not top quality. THEN... a charge for $39.99 came out of my bank account. I called the "customer service"... and I use that term loosely... who "took my information" claiming I'd see a refund in 36 to 38 hours. 4 days later .. nothing. Called again and went through the same giving info BS and again being told they couldn't access my information. The person ended up hanging up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL FRAUD YOU!!

This company does not tell you that they ship from China. It took me 3 weeks to even get an update on my delivery. Then a delivery driver called me and had an address that wasn't even closely resembling my address and he said he was returning it to the warehouse. I asked for a return.

This Company is a fraud - I wish I would have looked at these reviews before I ordered. I got 6 fraudulent charges from a different Company from their website - fortunately Amex new they were a fraud and declined the charges.

This company is a Fraud, their products are way under quality. I recently purchased a 3 in one Trimmer that didn't perform the way it is advertised. I requested a full refund and a return ticket slip. This company offered me only 50% of the total cost despite a 30 days money back guarantee. I am pleased that it was not a very expensive item. I will not recommend this company to any consumer or buyer who do shop on line. This business is not reliable, the products are underperformed. And their services are very lousy. Please avoid this company.

If I could Give them "O" stars, that would be more accurate. I placed an online order for one item. My card was charged 3 times by 3 different named companies, none of them being Feanatic. Customer Service was extremely rude, uninformed and did not give consistent or concise answers. They basically take no responsibility and "Pass the Buck" to other "departments" who do not follow up (claiming I will receive an email) Now 16 days later I have no product, no refunds, no emails (except Marketing emails) and they are now extremely rude and I was directly told they do not care. This company has to be a SCAM, normal adult humans would never treat others and especially their customers the way I was treated.

I would have given it a zero, had that been an option. Made a purchase for a ultrasonic bird repeller that does not work. Three weeks later they put through a fraudulent reoccurring charge on to my credit card. Don't use this company

I purchase 2 adjustable pair of glass at discount price. There is no meassage about product cannot be returned. The adjustable glasses are useless not even compatible to reading glass sell at Walmart and I could not return.

The product ordered was the poorest quality footwear I have ever encountered. The shoes were represented as orthopedic bunion corrector shoes and I couldn't believe what they sent. The sole is completely stiff with absolutely no support. The picture shows a cork section of the sole.... the actual shoe has a plastic band around it that is like a "picture" of cork. I mean, 100% ridiculous. I wouldn't give these shoes away! Disappointing to say the least. And be ware, they do not refund any product that is represented as discounted.....and I looks like ALL their products are "discounted" on the site. I could go on and on about the experience, but I have wasted enough time on it. Do not purchase from this awful place.
