Bogus company gave card info to various scammed Called them & they hung up 3 times

Don’t order from them!!! They’ll take your money and you won’t get your item ordered. I ordered from them 6/20/25…it’s now 7/2/25 and I haven’t gotten the item or refund and I just called them and they hung up on me! Straight demons!

Feanatic is an outright fake website! I was shopping for an outdoor wreath and once I added my cc info, I was immediately taken to a different screen which offered a $9.95 shipping insurance and lifetime warranty. It didn't give me an option to opt out or go back so I just closed out the screen. Today, I noticed that I got a confirmation email saying my purchase was on the way. I didn't even press "complete order". Another red flag is that they don't charge a sales tax. I was only charged the cost of the wreath $19.97. When I called their "customer service", the person who answered had a thick Indian accent and didn't even answer with the company's name nor say "Customer service, how many I help you?" It was a simple "Hello, what is your question?" I told him I thought this was a scam and a fraudulent website and hung up. I proceeded to call my cc company and told them NOT to authorize the purchase that fortunately was still in "pending" status. I ended up cancelling my cc.

I ordered shoes from them on May 31 2025 for $11.99. They force charged me for insurance $9.95. The did not disclose that the shoes were coming from Canada. Then I get emails, "due to Trumps tarriffs it would be delayed" and "due to high demand it would be delayed". As of June 12, 2025 the tracking shows it is on a plane from Canada. I locked my card due to the other complaints on here and the feeling I've been scammed.

Such a scam and fraudulent “non-company”. Operates under two different names. If you call the number you will further understand that this is super shady.

Well I wish I would have found this site long before I ordered. Yep got scammed like soo many others. I finally got the item I ordered but got that extra $9.95 on my card and now my bank just notified me that they tried to get another,$39.95 out of my card. Good thing is was declined but now I have to cancel my card, again due to low life criminals like this.
