I ordered a ultrasonic bird repeller, thinking this was in the USA. Well it wasn't - its from China and my credit card had 13-15 fraudulent charges on it from the time I ordered it for about 10 days. My credit card denied the charges, but I had to get a new card. I would never order from there again.

So I was excited to find a pair of tennis shoes that was inexpensive and agreeable for my son. When I checked out my cart after entering my credit card number. I noticed I was charged $9.95 for "lifetime warranty". I contacted them regarding charge and they promptly refunded the charge. The shoes arrived and were as described on the sales site. The company Feanantic charge is actually charged by Seronline. Seronline charged my card $24.95. Nothing suspicious about that I thought. Wrong. Seronline then charged me $39.99 3 weeks later. When I contacted the company about the charge. They said it was a membership fee that I supposedly agreed to. This "$39.99 membership" is a monthly reoccurring charge. This is absolutely a SCAM SITE. Steer clear of this site if you aren't ready to waste a couple hours cleaning up the mess.

Pretty sure I just got scammed. They charged me an additional $9.95 for "Lifetime Warranty and Shipping Insurance" on a pair of shoes, even after I clicked no. They said they are shipping from Seattle....turns out it's shipping from China. They said they respond to customer service emails in 24 hours. They didn't. I called their customer service number on the website and the people said they had never heard of Feanatics.

These people are out and out crooks. Within 10 minutes of my placing an order they had given my credit card information to four different companies that all tried to charge my card. Fortunately, my card company spotted it right away.

This appears to be a fraudulent business! When the number for feanatic 12062074815 is called it transfers to some call centers all over the US. When asked what they sell, they HANG UP ON YOI! STAY CLEAR OF FEANATIC! feanatic com

Each of these terms are written and constitute 5 violations of written warranty terms.
