I ordered two units at $21 each and the order came with Free Shipping. However, there were two add-on fees that surprised me, one was a $6 fee for a lifetime warranty and the other was a $9.99 fee for “Fast Shipping and Extra Fast Handling”. I managed to cancel the $6 fee because it showed up almost instantly, but that $9.99 shipping fee showed up later and I couldn’t get it canceled, even though it took 4-5 days for the order to arrive.

I ordered an outdoor antenna. During the order process, the site tried to charge me for shipping insurance. I declined the insurance, but they charged me $9.95 anyway. I disputed the charge and it was refunded. The item shipped, and I received it in a timely manner. But it was the wrong item. I didn't get an outdoor antenna. I received an indoor antenna. I disputed the purchase, and they refunded my purchase price. But after that order I started getting recurring charges of $34.95 from a site that I did not make any orders, LUVODEALS.com. It was a recurring charge, and my credit card company flagged it after the second charge. I disputed both of those charges as fraudulent. How did that happen? The only place I used that credit card was FEANATIC.com. Suspicious indeed.

(Sorry this is long but im kind of peeveddd) I’m glad I haven’t gotten the unauthorized charges on my card (hopefully i wont, but i only ordered from feanatics on June 30th). But I purchased a small AC unit just to help with cooling a bedroom instead of my whole apartment which has been pretty expensive on the electricity bill. Well, i paid like 100 dollars for some dinky little mini fan that was probably put together for about 10 bucks, the wiring was literally like a toy car and it doesnt cool off anything, putting water in it doesnt do anything. Pretty sure all the reviews on the website are fake, or they delete all the bad ones idk, but all their products have a 4.8 star review? Kind of weird. Also emailed support to get a refund because the small fan is literally just garbage a kid would make for their science fair back in 2005, and their refund policy doesnt allow refunds on discounted items but 90% of their products are discounted?!? Their asking price for the item i recieved was over 200$??? I really hope I dont have to cancel my card from the unauthorized chargers but even without the extra charges I’d say the website is definitely a scam. Just by the quality of their products and the price they are asking. Another weird thing is, that i got advertising from them about how their warehouse is in America and they ship within America but the product i purchased shipped in from china? So again they are definitely lying about a lot of their business practices. I was offered a 30% refund, we’ll see if that happens.
