FeanaticReviews of feanatic.com

Feanatic is not a good company to deal with. They offer returns and a money back guarantee but do not fulfill this promise. I called them and they demanded my credit card number. I said I used PayPal to make payment, and they still insisted they needed my CC number. I refused and they hung up on me....twice. It took over a month of calling and filing claims, but my persistence finally paid off with PayPal. They documented everything and saw for themselves I was being scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Yesterday, August 27, 2025 I was shopping for the flash drive memory stick and came across the offer (sale deal) from feanatic, I checked the info on their shipping address (Washington USA), phone and e-mail and decided to proceed with the payment, at the payment confirmation moment I received an Alert message from my bank (thank you, WF!) with a warning of a detected high-risk transaction on my card, I immediately interrupted the payment process and switched to check my bank operations online - there were 3(!) attempts to charge by three different names ( three different states), but feanatic. Here are the names: AUTHCAPTURE (FL), VERSHOP.CO (NV), 8445502339CA (NY. The payment remains pending as of now. I tried to contact the company by phone twice, both times the responses were abrupt and incomplete. Today I wrote them an email (to support). Meanwhile I'm reporting this case and sharing the information in order to prevent the fraud. I should have read the multiple negative reviews beforehand (my bad). Will do now always prior to any online purchase.

Have been waiting on a delivery of a cordless, battery operated weed wacker since the July 1 confirmation of my order. Have received 2 confirmation for delivery through Yum Express . Nothing has been delivered and it 5 days from being September. This company is a joke and they are still advertising of this product.

I ordered women's red shoes for $25. It took 2 weeks to arrive & these were vinyl shoes, very unlike the photo showed. Then they required tracking numbers & a deadline for returning them. I e-mailed them that we are older seniors & my husband just returned from 3X at hospital for kidney failure. That I would return them. Okay he said, but we need a tracking number which we found on old label. My husband drove to post office & mailed them for a huge amt. of $16. But that was not enough for Feanatics. They now want that tracking number. These people are playing unkind games with a horrible product & not returning our money. In one of our many e-mails they said they'd refund $7.25. Say whaat!?

I have been reading all the reviews on this company that I wish I would have seen before I placed an order. I placed an order on July 27, 2025 and haven't received it yet as of August 18, 2025 and was also charged 9.95 for a shipping warranty that I didn't consent to which is a joke for how long it's taking to receive this order. I was charged an additional 39.99 on August 15, 2025, for what I don't know. So I've been doing some research on how to contact them in which they have several numbers that they ask you to leave a message on. So I finally got through on this number I'm about to share with you all which is a 24 hour urgent phone number that answer all the time. It's 850-403-3534. It's probably listed under a different company name but they answer right away and process a refund for you. This is my second time calling them. When I placed my order they charged my card two times and I contacted them and received my refund in a couple of days. So if you're having trouble contacting their numbers try using this number. Make sure you respond on the review about your outcome so others whose having trouble contacting them will know that this number works. I will never order anything from them ever again. I took this time out of my busy schedule to share this with you guys because this whole situation is very frustrating to deal with and everyone who spend money want quality items and good customer service.

Total Scam. Took a while for the item to arrive from China. I now have a $39.99 membership charge on my card that they claim I could have opted out of. I will be reporting to my credit card company. Interestingly enough when I purchased the product my credit card texted me asking if I authorized the charge for the product as it appears the credit card already found the company suspect.

Feanatic.com is a scam. I have called 4 times with no response. I ordered a security system on 8/5. Still not here. They just sent me a "Sorry for the delay" email again. With no explanation. I guarantee you, it will never show up. I just found out they use the same pirate delivery company that never delivered another product I bought from China two months ago. Again, DO NOT buy products from Feanatic.com. I'm warning you, check their ratings. My bad, I didn't. There's nothing worse than not receiving a product you've purchased with your hard earned money. Stop buying products from China. Scum bags.
