Same here as other people, sold my cb number to tons of scammers. Avoid at all cost

Feanatic website is a complete scam start to finish. Multiple charges on credit card minutes after trying to purchase 1 item. Claims to be "American" company, English on webpage obviously not US. Hoping I can help people not click before its too late.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. First, there were hidden charges that I somehow managed to click on. When the item arrived, it did not meet my expectations. I wished to return the item but due to extremely high shipping costs, that was not an option. They then offered a 50% refund. I agreed to this however I then received an email indicating they were unable to complete the refund due to a tech issue. Now I received a fraud alert on my card indicating they charged my card again. NOT HAPPY.

Do not buy anything from this company. The quality is poor.what they claim is leather is plastic. They will not issue refunds. They ignore all emails and calls.

Awful customer service. Been waiting for a refund since July, haven’t received for fake ferns that were not as described.

This company is absolutely the worst. Where do I begin. They hit my CC 7 times. Until it went through. I called the company Who said Yes they will Cancel 5 hours later It stated it was Shipped. I call back to a very very rude man. He said You bought You pay and hung up. I then emailed the company Who emailed me back and stated They are separate customer service teams. And stated in an email They are refunding me entirely. This was on Aug 30th. Then Yesterday they hit CC again and refunded me on that NOT ON AUG 28TH transaction. DONOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL.

Not only did they charge me the $9.95 insurance when I clicked No Thanks, but then they charged me $39.99 for "a subscription" a few weeks later that I never ordered, requested, authorized. I called and never got refunded but got two more charges which my bank declined for $39.95 ...one in FL and one in SC. They stole my credit card info, had to get a new one.

They have been continuously trying to steal $39 from me for almost a month now. the scam companies show up on the credit card as venhaair.com and corecapture.co. I emailed them and told them to cut the s**t and Elaine replied that they have no record of trying to charge me a bogus $39 and not to worry because they won't be trying it in the future. That was 2 weeks ago but they're still trying to charge my debit card under those fake company names. Needless to say I had to cancel that debit card and get a new one because of these scumbag thieves.
