I ordered a Bluetooth compatible hearing aid, although you would figure them to be sold in pairs, these aren't. They defiantly aren't Bluetooth or actual hearing aids. At best it is a sound amplifier, not great but it will do that. I was told i could either take 50% return or send it back and they would take a 15% restocking fee out of the return. It came with a card saying if I had issues to call this number, got a rude woman in Florida who was rude and unhelpful. Never again.

I ordered a item they charged me without my consent for priority shipping n handling for $10 .when I sW on my cc extra charge I called them right away within 10 minutes after 10 minutes, the representative gave me assurance for refund. After checking my cc not showing on my card after 4day, they Said the item is out shipped so we can't refund. Still I haven't received my item. It's 5th day already. I ordered an outdoor antenna. During the order process, the site tried to charge me for shipping insurance. I declined the insurance, but they charged me $9.95 anyway. I disputed the charge and it was refunded. The item shipped, and I received it in a timely manner. But it was the wrong item. I didn't get an outdoor antenna. I received an indoor antenna. I disputed the purchase, and they refunded my purchase price. But after that order I started getting recurring charges of $34.95 from a site that I did not make any orders, LUVODEALS.com. It was a recurring charge, and my credit card company flagged it after the second charge. I disputed both of those charges as fraudulent. How did that happen? The only place I used that credit card was FEANATIC.com. Suspicious indeed.

Terrible company. I ordered weather stripping. It took over 3 weeks to arrive and they sent only enough to do the top of one door. The company also charged me $9.95 for a protection plan even though I had declined it. I had to contact them via email to have it remove.

purchased flashlights advertised as brightest you can get. they do work but are just normal brightness for a fair quality LED flashlight. but then got charged for products from company names i never visited or received products from, but obviously tied to Feanatic like Viraxpower, jomhome.co, tunohealth.

Website is a trap. They take your CC number and Chain it out where other companies use it to put fraudulent charges on your card.
