I ordered 2 travel carseats they said it would be here the next day. Than after I paid for it, they said it would be shipped within 72 hours. A week later, it still hasn't shipped. They Said it was free shipping and they charged 9.99 for priority shipping which I didn't authorize and it didn't show u until after I paid along with a 5 dollar charge for a warranty that I didn't authorize. I have tried to contact them several times and they do not respond. I advise you to not use this company. I would give a - 10 instead of a 1 if I could. If I ever get a response or my items, I will give an update.

It is fraud. Unauthorized charges, and no delivery after 15 days when the product was promised to be shipped overnight. Then emails promising delivery later. Plus unauthorized charges were made by other merchant on the same day.

This company charged me additional charges (by surprise) that I never authorized. They had no explanation for delivery status, and when they finally did, they said that the item had been delivered. (never was). Then they told me to check with the post office neighbors etc. This company is a pure scam.

Hummingbird feeder was not as described on line. Does NOT hold 16 oz, not even 8 oz. NOT free shipping. $9.99 was charged as a priority handling fee. Could NOT be returned but gave a 35% discount. Definitely NOT worth what I had to pay. I do NOT recommend this company.

I foolishly ordered a pair of shoes from this company and now I'm getting emails my shipment is delayed. Fortunately my bank notified me of a different charge (for 9.95) that I didn't make and that occurred on the same day I placed my order for the shoes. The bank said my card had been compromised and needed to be cancelled, which I did - so zzi won't get burned for the subsequent repeating 39.99 charge for 'rewards' that showing on my order, at $0...

Zero stars. I ordered one item - was charged for 4 and had 4 shipped to me. They gave me the option of paying shipping costs to return them for a full refund, or giving me a 50% refund. Since the items were heavy I chose the 50% refund. After 2 weeks they eventually refunded 50% for two (not three) of the additional items. They also charged me for insurance for 2 shipments, which I did not request. The item I did keep is functional but poor quality. Now they have the audacity to start charging my card for a monthly subscription. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

They suck. Don't order from here!!!!!!!!! And had to cancel my card because of fraud . Product sucked .got hung up from customer service. Please don't order from here

My account was hacked. Had to close it. I purchased an item that cost 125.00 and a 9.95 charge for safe shipping and guarantee. It’s a scam!!
