FBC TravelsReviews of fbctravels.com

Victor Derek perform a exceptional service to accommodate our flight Thank you

Ethan was a tremendous help in reassuring me and helping me find the information I needed. He was great!

I was very apprehensive at first about using FBC Travels. However, Jason was very reassuring and afterwards my experience was great. My tickets were issued within 24 hours via email. The ticket prices were better than buying them through the airline. I saved money and I am happy with my transaction with FBC Travels. Highly recommend.

Spoke with Jason when booking my flight, he was very helpful. He was able to walk through the process and book for the needed days. Pricing was reasonable and the only real issue that I had was not being able to book the flight deal that was originally selected. Not sure if it was just my particular circumstance, and the flight in question was full and the site just not updated, but, it can be misleading to customers... Barring that I would have no qualms out using FBCTravels again.

I had an amazing experience booking my trip with FBCtravels! The website was easy to use and their customer service team was outstanding, answering all my questions and providing great recommendations. But what really made the experience stand out was the way that FBCtravels treated me. They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness, and I truly felt like they cared about my well-being. I highly recommend FBCtravels to anyone looking for a memorable travel experience.

Bait and switch for sure. There’s no reason for that. Put the whole price out. For this reason, I was hesitant to continue booking thru them bc who knows what shady things would arise down the road pertaining to the flight. I’d feel safer paying the SAME price directly thru the airline.

I agree with the bait and switch. Did like everyone else and booked a flight that said pending. Got a call that it is no longer available and wanted to sell me higher. I said no and to cancel. When I went on today...the same flights are still showing 7 available. Learned my lesson.

The service was amazing Jason was great in every step of the way the price was great no complaints about FBC only thing was that when we went to travel from Sint marteen to Miami we were put on a list where we would have to stay in Florida overnight if the plane was overweight which would have been a burden traveling with children but I would definitely book again with FBC
