Paid $400 to park at Kentucky derby. According to map on their website, it was across the street. NOT, ended up in someone's back yard. The house nextdoor was only charging $20!! What a sham!!. Do not buy parking spot from this company. You can drive down any side street and pay $20. Have emailed them 2x, no response whatsoever.

Terrible experience. They will avoid any and all request you may have for them. Do not book through them unless you want your plans to not work out as planned. I asked for my seats to be closest to the grand stand as possible so we could see the finish line and they assured me they would do that and he even said he made note of it to make sure. However they did the exact opposite of what I asked and put me in the far corner of the section which is the only Part where you can’t see the finish line. When I asked if I could get it changed they did not want to help and don’t plan to do anything to make it right. Really sad cause I referred a few people to them as well cause they made the process of buying easy but when it came to actually getting what you paid for/requested they did the exact opposite.

7 Tickets were ordered in Section 111. He was sent a full box of 6 and a single in the box right next to the other 6 seats in Section 111 C. He accepted the tickets via ticketmater.

Kelly was always in contact and answered any questions I had.I was very Leary having never done anything like this. She eased my anxiety about the hotel stay as well. After my son helped me to put everything on Google wallet it was easy. It was very crowded more than I expected, traffic was pretty hectic Any negative thoughts have nothing to do with Derby box
