Very deceptive website. After booking my travel arrangements at a very good price I was contacted by email to call. After contacting them I was told that the class of ticket I purchased did not allow me to carry on or check bags. I needed to pay another $184 per person in order to be able to travel with luggage. ABSURD!!! Of course it was a no cancel, no change ticket. I will NEVER use this outfit again!!!

No baggage, want more money, have to change flights, and all the sudden it's a stand by flight. No information about standby on the website when ordering

Do not get me a seat assignment?

The plane ticket that I thought I was getting was not available even though it was still on the website. Then, the agent called to tell me that the same ticket was going to be twice as expensive and I couldn’t get out of it. My only option was to pay the exorbitant price or switch to another airline with less desirable flight times, not a direct flight and I have to pay for my assigned seat and checked luggage. This was a Bait and Switch!! I will never use booking site again!

I was called back after completing the transaction to have the price of the ticket increase by over $100

I had a positive experience using FBC on a prior trip and gave them a very nice review. Since it was positive in the past, I thought I would use them again. Negative experience this time. Nothing but “bait and switch”. Was quoted $545.95 initially for airfare and then received a phone call saying that the airline would not accept that price. The rest of the time the representative tried to talk me into booking with them for a much higher fare- $788.41, then $698.40. I booked with Expedia instead and paid $569. Don’t recommend!
