Booking a flight was easy with Ethan. I will use FBC in the future for all of my flights.

FBC provided a great value for an international trip my family planned -- it beat the same flights booked through the airline directly by a significant margin. Next, several months later, as the trip was nearing, American Airlines modified the schedule and left us arriving 18 hrs later and leaving 16 hrs sooner. Of course this made havoc on our lodging arrangements. FBC (specifically Jason White -- but I suspect that is not his real name) dealth with American Airlines and got my flights changed to different days to allow us to keep most of our lodging in tact. Bad on American Airlines for doing this, but thank you FBC for helping me to salvage as much as possible.

just want to write up a quick review of the customer service i received tonight in processing my order. the agents name Victor was very helpful and professional and made my experience a pleasant one couldn't have had a better outcome thank you

I was having a very hard time finding a reasonable airfare from OR to PA and FBS was on it right away as soon as I put in the information. Response and finding an available ticket was quick. I was tried a few other places and they said they had what I was looking for only to say they didn't and try to get me on other expensive flights. FBC was true to their word. Definitely will use them again.

Searched online for low-priced airfare as my family (6 passengers total) were needing to fly from the east coast to Anchorage for a family wedding. I started the booking process online and wanted to pay with 2 different cards. After trying to talk with someone on the phone (could not understand her and she didn't seem to understand me either), I decided to try the chat option. That wasn't going well either, so I decided to just pay with one card. Our total was $2,600.50 for our roundtrip tickets on Delta. While I was completing the passenger and payment info, the person on the chat stated that he couldn't find tickets with Delta for that price, but he could offer me some other tickets with American Airlines. I completed the purchase for the tickets I had found and received a confirmation number that stated my purchase was pending. I received this also in my email. Since that's not normal, I asked on the chat that was still open and he stated that I could wait a month and the pending status wouldn't change (that's a quote), but that he could offer me some tickets through American Airlines. I emailed the reservation department and they did not respond, but the person I was chatting with decided to call. JASON WHITE offered nothing but excuses pointing towards that being a normal practice when booking online but he could offer me American Airline tickets that would cost more, but are still a good price. He kept talking over me when I would try to ask questions. It got to the point that I had to yell (I don't yell) and ask if I could talk. Nearing the end of the conversation, he again was stating that it was normal practice and that I should be happy with the prices he is able to offer and that he can't give me an email stating that they wouldn't charge my card. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. They bait you in with really attractive prices and then tell you that those tickets are not available, but here's some others that are slightly more expensive. The other offer I had from them for the American Airline flights were $4,487.90. That's almost $2,000 more that the original tickets I thought I had purchased. Now it will only be one person making it to the wedding, and that will be my husband who is walking the bride down the isle and giving her away.

Cynthia Parker helped me get a flight to go see my Aunt and Uncle for their 50th anniversary after the site made errors and she was professional and patient through out the whole process,

This was a good experience however I needed to cancel and the process was very smooth and Jason was awesome.

I had my experience with ETHAN HUNT, this is the 4th time I have booked with FBCtravels, and have done it with ETHAN each booking. His help and service has been 100%. He always provides a great service. I recommend Ethan to anyone that is wanting to book a flight.
