FBC TravelsReviews of fbctravels.com

I called in and met Oliver, he followed up with several phone calls back to me assisting me to adjust my flights. He really went beyond the call to assist us. He's a true gentleman in his demeanor. Very kind and helpful, but also very efficient and precise. His research saved us money! What's wrong with that.

This website was referred by my sister. This was such a pleasant experience. I was most grateful for Mr. Oliver Jones, who helped us with our booking ensuring that we got the best available seats and that all our information was correct. I will definitely be using this service again and I will recommend to others.

Cynthia was very helpful with our travel reservations !

I was going to a conference in Panama City, Panama. As the time was running out, it was kind of troublesome for me. While searching, I came across FBCtravels. I did not know what to expect. I found that agent by the name of Cynthia. She did a very good job looking for good connections at a competitive price. I would definitely recommend that service.

Oliver Jones was the best person. I was helped by Oliver in getting the best deal. Awesome person, and really helpful.

Seems very much like a Bait and Switch. The website-advertised price is never available. The sales associate had all sorts of excuses why the prices listed on the website weren't available, but none of them held up to close scrutiny.

reserved my flight just to be called back to say they couldn't honor the advertised price. After expressing what false advertisement was they said they would honor the price after all, but wait 1 hour for e tickets to be distributed. After an hour i called back to be told wait 1-2 hours. After 1-2 hours more i was tolod to wait 5-6 hours. I never received my e-tickets and asked for a refund. Very Untrustworthy and Unprofessional

Jaden was patient and polite. I wear hearing aids and have difficulty understanding certain accents. We had to spell out many of the questions to be certain we where communicating clearly and precisely. It was frustrating but not as frustrating as the $93 price increase between the online quote and the actual ticket price I ended up paying after speaking with Jaden. I think Jaden was mentioning some upgrade options due to the discrepancy in price. I guess I'll find out when I get on the plane. I have also requested handicap assistance from the arrival gate and the next departure gate, Southwest should be responsible for this service. additionally I have a service dog that will accompany me on the flight to and from BNA to FAT and back. We'll see how it goes. thank you
