Following up for another review since my travel is over and wanted to confirm a good experience overall and that there were no unexpected obstacles in my flight experience. Yes - I'm confirming - flight was seamless and no problems with ticketing. Booking ticket was easy and service was prompt. When I call, I get a person and not the run-around. I trust this sight. Will use again. This is coming from someone is is typically pretty skeptical.

I had to cancel a flight because of an illness and Martin was extremely helpful. He not only helped me cancel my flight, but he contacted the airline to make sure that I received my full flight credit.

I had a positive experience using FBC on a prior trip and gave them a very nice review. Since it was positive in the past, I thought I would use them again. Negative experience this time. Nothing but “bait and switch”. Was quoted $545.95 initially for airfare and then received a phone call saying that the airline would not accept that price. The rest of the time the representative tried to talk me into booking with them for a much higher fare- $788.41, then $698.40. I booked with Expedia instead and paid $569. Don’t recommend!

We purchased an airline ticket listed at $415 today through this site. The site took us all the way through checkout and accepted our credit card. Five minutes later, we get a call from Alina (the worst customer service rep ever) who says there is no such ticket and we have to pay $560 for the same deal. We truly CANNOT AFFORD IT and tell her that. She talked over us and says if we want to cancel, it will cost us another $100. This is not just unethical but an absolutely terrible way to transact business. There was no supervisor to talk with. This is just a lady working out of her garage — not a real company. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM!!
