FBC TravelsReviews of fbctravels.com

Tyler Grace was a very professional agent. When the flight I wanted wasn't available, he found a very similar flight for me. The process was a little long, our phone call lasted over 37 minutes, but this was not the agent's fault, it was the process.

First ofall, FBC posted fault prices with big fake discounts to get customers. After the customers booked tickets, ofcourse, will be in pending status. Then, they will call back with a real price which is far different from what they posted (from about $400 to $720). I believe the company needs to be honest at a first place to earn customer's trusts. ultimately, will save the business because customers normally don't like to do business with companies that they don't trust. The reasons that I gave 3 stars was because of the person who helped me with the transaction really did a great job taking care of the customer (me in this case). If the company alone, I would give 1 star only. This review is honest and fair as I could. Kimberly Tran

I had the most wonderful experience booking a flight for my daughter for Thanksgiving. It was much more affordable than anywhere else . Loved it!

Cynthia Parker is an amazing sales representative that truly cares about her customers. She helped me find the right travel option and made the whole process very easy. Thank you Cynthia and keep up the good work!

Cynthia was very easy to talk to and arrange the flights. Even after a stupid mixup on my part, we were able to setup the flight.

Cynthia has done a great job finding us a good flight on the preferred time.

From start to finish, booking my journey with FBC Airlines was a smooth and pleasant process. The cost was reasonable and provided outstanding value for the services offered. Kevin was helpful, quickly responding to any questions I had during the booking process. Once the booking was confirmed, communication was clear and quick, with detailed information in the confirmation email. Overall, FBC Airlines was dedicated to providing a hassle-free and customer-focused booking experience, making the entire process simple and praiseworthy.

I was a bit skeptical since I wasn’t familiar with the company. But I was quickly put at ease when Jason was able to assist me with my travel itinerary. He stayed on the phone and waited until I received my confirmation email and answered any questions that I had. I even received a follow up call a few days later to ensure I got my tickets. I will definitely use this company again!
