Clearly a scam
Clearly a scam. They quote and book you, then email saying the flights are all full but can book you an upgrade at a higher rate. I booked four months in advance and checked Deltas website. Nothing was full. Called and was connected to India. Person was not able to help at all. Complete scam, do not waste your time or money.

Dear Customer, We are sorry that our service did not meet your expectations. We take feedback very seriously, especially negative feedback that we can learn from it. We would like to express again our sincere apologies for your experience with us. In this case we were unable to confirm your tickets due to a high volume of discounted deals request on the website. We hope you can consider us next time!

After I booked my flight and thought…
After I booked my flight and thought everything was good to go - they called me back and said that price was not available anymore because the airline changed it ! I didnt have time to go directly to the airline to check but it wound up costing almost double ! Not sure if this is a scam or not :(

Oliver was most helpful to us.
Oliver was most helpful with finding a flight that works for us after the flight we had picked was not available. He was very nice to talk with and worked hard to get us a flight that works for us. As retired managers at a hospital we work give Oliver high marks for his customer service. Suzanne & Gerard Poliquin

Competitive and good prices on flight
I had an excellent experience booking my flight with Cynthia. However, I wish that the prices on the website were final. I also want them to allow a direct booking on the website rather than rerouting through an agent.
