FBC TravelsReviews of fbctravels.com

I don't like the fact that they have promotional fares on their site that are unbelievably cheap. Come to find out that these fares do not include any luggage at all just your personal bag. I am traveling to Australia for a month and they expect you to travel with no luggage!!!!! They can't even tell you how much the baggage will cost, the agent told me that you can't take with you!!! She then proceeded to try to sell me another fare that is comparable to every other site. Jut be careful when booking with them

Reen was extremely helpful and efficient.

Max understood what I needed for travel and helped me get the departure and return times to best accommodate my needs. Very helpful and professional.

I was overcharged $50 for my flights. Agent said I would receive the refund within 7-10 business days. It has been about a month and a half now, I have yet to receive the funds returned to my account and every time I’ve called I’ve been told someone will call back and confirm the refund and I will receive it in my account within 7-10 business days. Obviously I’ve been scammed. Do not book with this company. I also would have got my flights cheaper buying through another seller. I would give 0 or negative stars if possible
