I had paid for 2 week processing and got my passport within days of submitting my paperwork. I was really surprised at how quickly they processed my paperwork for my passport. I had called a couple times with questions and the customer service people answered my questions quickly and were very helpful.

I had trouble getting the passport to begin with, then once I agreed to a payment, they continued to add on fees until I would have ended up paying more than $700.00 for a passport, which I find unacceptable. I then cancelled my passport, which I had not set out any information for, and they refused to give me a full refund, even though they had done no work on their part. I will never use this service again and I will be sure to let those looking to get a passport know not to use Fastport.

I'm sorry to hear you had such a strange experience. We don't have any services that cost anywhere near $700 for a passport. I'm not sure how you even got that high of a number. Our fees are all outlined on our website, with no hidden costs. Clients pay the standard government fee for their passport to the US Dept of State directly. Our fee is separate, and ranges from $79-$299, depending on how fast you need your passport. You can review our site again to see the fee scale.

I needed a passport quickly because I was traveling in a month and had not realized my passport expired. I googled expediting a passport and found Fastportpassport. I followed the instructions and sent in my paperwork. I sent the package fed-x and within a day I received a call from an employee who was good enough to politely point out the errors I had made. I fixed my errors, resent the paperwork and within two weeks had my passport in hand.

Estimated delivery date was off by a day but got it on time. They were very helpful when we called.

The service provided was dependable. One area for improvement would be in the directions for completion of the forms for minors in particular with respect to the letter of authorization. It should be denoted that this letter should be kept outside of the sealed envelop to be delivered. I had to incur Fed Ex charges to resend the letters of authorization. Other than that, the process and service was solid.

We appreciate the thoughtful feedback. Our checklist indicates the forms that need to be included in the Sealed Adjudicated Envelope. Once the envelope is sealed, it cannot be opened again until it is with the US Dept of State. That is why it is imperative the checklist is followed exactly. I was amazed by this service. We live in Florida and needed my husbands passport in a hurry for renewal. When my husband found out that it was located in New York he was upset because he thought it would take longer. I felt embarrassed that I had not checked the exact location until the last minute.
