The instructions were clear, I had to show them to the county personnel, Fastpassport knew their job better than they did. I definitely would recommend them if you need your passport processed in a hurry.

I was thouroghly impressed with Fastportpassport. I applied to renew my passport when during the government shutdown, so I feared that the renewal would get stalled. But I received within the time promised and was quite relieved. Would recommend Fastportpassport to anyone that needed passport services.

I could not have been happier with the great service and followup provided by the people at Fastportpassport. I wish I remember the names of the gals I talked to so I couldnt mention their names! They were wonderful.

First, I will say that the service is great for someone that it can help. But in my case I contacted you on the weekend with Monday being a holiday and needed to leave wednesday, so after paying for this we realized it would not be helpful. I cancelled within 1 hour you sent me a confirmation that you wold be refunding my money.l It has been 5 months and 4 phone calls and you still have not fulfilled your promise to refunding me.

I paid your company for expediting my passport and when I was unable to use this service they Promptly gave me a refund. Thanks

Your refund has been successfully processed. The US State Department requires that expedited new passport clients must have confirmed travel within 14 days. This is a government requirement, not ours. We always issue refunds for those that request cancellations, as per our terms of service.

I went to the post office last week and I was very disapointed to notice that I was not able to apply before 14 days before the travel. In addition to that, I was able to apply directly with no extra cost and insurance to meet my target from a timeline standpoint. Therefore, I applied outside the fastpassport process. I consider that in my situation fast passport services were not relevant to use. I requested a refund but never got any feedback.
