picked up ball well after dropping it
They said I could go to a Walgreens for a passport photo. Maybe in New York but not in Michigan. Photo sent to them was low res and did not show color of eyes. Fastport put in after-hours advice and "held my hand" until I got a new photo at Fed Ex Office and after a nail biting night they delivered.

I'm glad I got my passport from Fastport. They gave me personalized service that kept me from missing my hastily planned trip to Europe. My only criticism is with the way the instructions are worded on their website. It wasn't crystal clear to me all that I needed to do to get the processing started. Several steps are required and in my hurried state I misunderstood what I had to do on my end. But I called their toll-free phone number and spoke to them directly. They were extremely helpful and got me my passport in record time. I am very pleased that I chose them and would gladly do so again.

Super fast, super realible and totally worth it!
My girlfriends planned a last minute trip to Mexico and they already all had their passports. Of course, I didn't. I thought I was going to have to bail on the trip because I knew I couldn't get a passport in 2 weeks. I started looking online and found Fastport. At first I was hesitate because I thought if this company can do it this fast then why does anyone go to the post office? I used the chat feature on the website and it seemed legit. I went for it. I got my passport in a week. There was an additional charge than what the post office wound charge but I knew that was going to be the case because they were doing it so fast. Bottom line, it was fast and allowed me to go on an amazing trip. Enough said!
