Fastport PassportReviews of fastportpassport.com

Very happy with this business. I got nervous as time was approaching, due to my own difficulties getting my ducks in a row I was so close to needing the passport. I called to see if I needed to expedite it even more and I was reassured it was ok, it was true, they did not take advantage of the fact that I was willing to pay a bit more for expediting even faster, that in my book shows integrity, Passport came, no worries, they took care of business ... the right way.

Excellent way to renew your passport. I will admit that we had to sort out the instructions a few times - - and ended up having to call for help just to make sure we were not making any mistakes. Friendly service on the phone.

We paid to process 5 fast passports. After printing out the instructions and reading over the instruction we found the process to be very complicated. We then saw that there was a deadline to getting a refund of 48 hours. Not happy at all because they did absolutely nothing, got over $1,000, and we cannot get our money back even though we did not use them. We ended up going to another place here where you walk in and get your passport the same day. :(

Two weeks prior to Christmas, I realized that I did not have a valid passport for the international travel I was surprising my children with on Christmas day. As luck would have it, my local passport office was closed for renovation. An internet search brought me to Fastport Passport. The customer service reps were very calm and reassuring and gave me very practical advice regarding my options for renewing my passport on a short timeframe. Their instuctions were detailed and easy to follow, and I received my new passport in the timeframe promised. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

You know I am a travel agent and I had a job interview in Canada but the company was not sure when then wanted to send me up for the interview. I thought my passport was go to go and then it dawn on me to look, about time they called I had 4 days maybe less. So I started to look online and as I was looking that overwhelming worried feeling started to creep in (what if I cant get my passport on time) I wont get the job. then I came across fastportpassport.com I read the ad and called my mother to ask her opinion she said go for it, and so I did and that worried feeling went away. please of mind is a great thing when you need it the most ,

Had a few minor issues to resolve before receiving my passport. These people were on top of it the whole time. When my passport was released they overnighted to me for Saturday delivery. Perfect I will use them again when time to renew. Worth the extra dollars so you know you get it on time.

Although I received my passport in record time, I had to make several phone calls to ask for clarification on the instructions. The written instructions are a bit unclear. The representatives I spoke with on the phone were very professional, and were eager to be helpful with explaining the instructions.

the online aspects were a bit tedious, somewhat of an effort to find the scheduling details, but overall not a pain and th service at the center was friendly and fast
