They did it! I needed a renewal fast. They said 7 days, had it back in five. Made my original flight date. To me, it was worth the cost. Now, I will not have to quarantine through Xmas and can spend it with my wife and step kids!

I'm impressed. I was traveling within 14 days abroad. I was desperate when I realized my passport had expired. They came through! I was skeptical but desperate to get my passport renewed within 5 weeks before a trip to Mexico. Yes, so much money for the two-week guarantee, but they are legit. Realized passports were expired 3 weeks prior to the trip departure and did some panicked research to find options. Did some research and found Fastport Passport and started the process. I will tell you to be patient if you start the process on a weekend - it seemed like the upload didn’t get through and we didn’t make any headway until Monday. The customer service line goes to an auto attendant which wasn’t very helpful but when we spoke to someone on Monday, our process started to move along. Paid for the 2 week turn and had the passport renewal in hand 8 days from the day we sent off the paperwork. Text emails throughout the process were reassuring as well. If you’re absent minded like us and book an international trip with expired passports, don’t fret and use Fastport Passport to get your renewals in time. Thanks for saving our trip!
