Fastport Passport is everything they claim to be. I needed my passport in 10 days and they had in to me in 7. If you are in a bind and have no time, trust Fastport Passport. Like me you will be amazed. Thanks Fastport Passport.

Fastport passport... where do I start? You guys are amazing! When there were no agency appointments in my area 2 weeks before my travel date, I almost had a heart attack. I looked online to find other options. Fastport passport popped up. While the price was high it was worth every penny. I was skeptical about sending my documents to some company I had no idea if I could trust them or not. The customer service reps worked with me all the way and gave me details when I needed reassurance. Got my passport exactly when they said I would and I couldn't be more pleased with their services. Thank you guys so much. This meant so much to my family and I. I will recommend your services to anyone in need. I was absolutely impressed.

I had a family emergency and needed a new passport within 3 business days. FastPort Passport not only met the tight deadline, but Eric was incredible. He called me with regular updates and kept me calm. Thank you!!!!

I cannot thank Sam enough for saving my vacation. Her kindness and professionalism was stellar! She is a gem I thanked her so much for helping me and kept telling her that if I saw her I'd give her the biggest hug ever! I have told all my friends about Fastport Passport and about the care Sam provided me even when I seemed to be a nagging pest she never wavered from being nice and understanding. I received my passport in 24 hours as promised and I was able to join my friends for the last leg of my vacation! Again a HUGHES THANK YOU GOES TO SAM!!!!

Thank you for an excellent customer service experience. My passport had more issues than originally thought. My refund was processed very quickly. I will use this service in the future if the need arises.

I looked around for an expediting service and was a little worried about sending my and my fiancé's passports to an unknown company. These guys are awesome! They did better than expected and I had our passports back in half the time promised. You can't go wrong with them. We dealt with Roxanne who was very pleasant and responsive. Pay the fee--it is worth it.

Last month, Fastport Passport saved me. I was traveling internationally and hadn't gotten my passport yet. Worse, my family was coming with me and they didn't have theirs either. With one week before our scheduled flight, I contacted Fastport Passport and was connected with Sam. Sam was SO WONDERFUL. She basically held my hand and walked me through the process step by step. When I submitted the paperwork, Sam made sure that I knew what the next steps were and what was needed from me if something was to get hung up. She watched the whole process for us and then, voila! our passports showed up on my doorstep via Fedex, 2 days later. I was so blown away and I'm still blown away today... and I'm completely grateful to Sam and the Fastport Passport company. THANK YOU!!!!!!!

We were four days away from our trip to Rome, Venice, and Florence when we noticed that my fiancé's passport was valid, but would be under the 3 month expiration period from our return date! After some research on the internet, I discovered Fastport Passport, and luckily came into contact with Sam F. and she calmly walked us through the process, and we were able to get my fiancé's passport renewed in a 3 day period! Our trip to Italy was saved, and we would like to Thank Sam F. as well as Eric for their efficient and excellent service! We will recommend Fastport Passport to anyone that needs expedient, efficient and friendly service. Thanks again, Sam! You were a life saver! Best regards, Jack B.
