Great customer service and I got my passport sooner than expected.

Madeleine H was my customer service rep. Super easy, little or no hassle. They respond very quickly and got me back the passport way sooner that expected. Excellent service, they are very experienced. Highly recommended!

I realized very late in the game that I would need to renew my passport for travel into Canada. It makes perfect sense, but the last time I travelled into Canada (years ago) there was no such need! I threw my lot in with Fastpassport- in Particular with Sam F. to allow my trip to be successful. The whole thing WAS COMPLICATED!!! Nevertheless, every step of the way, I was given clear instructions what I needed to do. The most difficult part for me was waiting for the whole process to take place. Sam F. gracefully helped me follow where my documents were in their travels. I can't thank you enough! Martin

In one evening we had our paperwork in order from the web site and our photo from wallgreens !! The next morning at one of our local post offices...our paperwork became special. It was placed in a sealed envelope ... We then sent it all to Brooklyn overnight . It arrived in washington state . It's there now! We were in the post office Wednesday and now it's sat !!! We are in minnasota heading to South Dakota . Yay, now we can go to canada !!! Thank you , so fun!!!! I followed the instructions and the postman said "wow , you are very organized ! " I said ,"well ..yes thanks to the services of Fastport Passort !!!"

Sam helped through my entire application. I might have quit if she did not walk me through everything. She was so patient with me and took lots of time. She helped me through the process and kept reassuring me that it would get done. I am so thankful that I had Sam to help me. She had to deal with a very frustrated client.
