Worked with Alice on my expedited lost passport order- great customer service, very responsive. Passport arrived well ahead of time. Pricey but will absolutely get the job done when you need it done.

It's very unnerving to send your only Passport off to a strange company and just blindly hope for the best but Alice made my experience easy!! She was friendly, never rushed me and knew exactly what she was doing. The technology is amazing...it let's you see virtually every step along the way. My only advice would be to use a schedule faster than you think you need as FedEx took an extra day to make my delivery. Thank you Fastport!!!

Great experience. The instructions were straightforward and the whole process was super easy. I chose the 5-7 day service and they still got the passport to me within 3 days. I have never used a service like this and was a little skeptical at first. But, after reading a couple reviews I decided to take a chance. Alice was assigned to my case and walked me through everything since this is my first time applying for a passport. I sent my documents on a Tuesday and will be getting my passport in a week! Just in time for my trip to Germany. I can’t thank Alice enough for all of the help and the speed in which she replied to my many inquiries.
