Fast Passport CenterReviews of fastpassportcenter.com

My company offered to send me on a trip to Costa Rica to work with our non-profit partner to build a school, but when I realized I only had 2 weeks to get my passport, I was nervous. The soonest appointment I could get a passport agency was the day of my trip, which was no good since I am to leave before the appointment time. I looked online and found Fast Passport Center to be the least expensive and well rated option. I chose the 3-5 business day option and got my passport in 3 business days!! What a relief! David J Donovan was quick to respond to all my questions and walked me through the entire process, assuring me everything would be fine. If you follow the checklist provided by the company, everything will go smoothly. I highly recommend this company and David to anyone in need of an expedited passport.

When you need a passport in a pinch, these guys ACTUALLY do what they say and as long as you follow their instructions you will receive your passport(s) when requested. David is an absolutely great individual who will do what ever he can to help. I needed 3 passports for a trip that was set to leave in days! He told me what I needed, sent everything that was needed, and followed up! Long story short, I received my passports a day early and before a busy holiday weekend!!!

Very satisfied with the great service that I received from Fast Passport Center. I was ready to travel when I noticed my passport was to expired ten days later, Contacted Fast Passport Center and the forth day the passport was delivered by FedEx to my front door. The expedite is a little pricy about $470 but it was worth it due to the emergency of my travel arrangements. Thank you David Donovan for a good job.

We had concert tickets in Canada in two days and we didn't realize I needed a passport. We called Fast Passport Center at 1:30 and I needed to be at the county clerk's office by 3:30. The stress was incredible by this time. David Donovan returned my call immediately, during his lunch hour, and worked through his lunch to make sure I got a slot in an office in Philadelphia, and he remotely e-mailed the form I needed. Unbeknownst to me, my birth certificate was issued by the State Department and didn't have my parent's name on it, so I had to leave the county clerk's office empty handed. We figured that was the end of the trip. When I called David to ask for a refund, he was perfectly happy to do that, and also gave me several suggestions to help me, including doing a file search to prove my citizenship. He gave me the locations of several regional offices and even though this did not profit him, he faxed me a letter to get the file search done. I cannot say enough about David and Fast Passport Center. He made a really bad situation a heck of a lot better. I would recommend this company highly.

I needed my passport fast and my local passport agency, the post office, where you need to make appointments, was booked for months. David D. at Fast Passport Center was able to turn my passport around ahead of schedule even with a snag in the process, (my fault!) They really saved me on this one, imagine having to tell your CEO you can't make the meeting because you forgot that your passport had expired! To be honest, Im not sure why anyone that needs expedited service would ever go and try to do it yourself. They are the experts, the communication is stellar, and I would recommend them to anyone!

Was in a pinch and needed to have my passport renewed within 3 business days. Contacted Fast Passport Center, spoke with David who answered all my questions and guided me through the process. Overnighted all my documentation on a Tuesday afternoon, received my new passport Friday afternoon as promised. Off to Europe in a day. Will definately be providing their names to others. Thanks again.

We booked our cruise on Sunday morning to travel 2 weeks later. Couldn't find husband's naturalization paper, so we were forced to renew his passport. Sunday night 10:30 P.M. I was calling around and found [Name] at Fast Passport Center. He was so helpful in telling me what the cheapest option would be. I wanted to still spend Sunday night looking for the naturalization papers, but no luck. I woke up at 5 am on Monday (11/3) to order from fastpassportcenter. I ended up choosing the 5-7 days. Within 1 hr, [Name] sent me the checklist and fedex label. Sent husband to take passport pictures at Wallgreen's. I must have gone through the check list at least 10 times to make sure I got everything. I knew I only have 1 chance to get it right. I got all my husband stuff to FedEx by Monday noon Utah time. By Tuesday 9:00 AM I received notification from my tracker that they received it. Wednesday I email [Name] to confirm that my paperwork got turned into the Houston Passport Agency, he responded quickly. By Saturday, I checked and found that my check was not cashed yet, made we wonder if my paperwork was turned in. Monday morning (11/10) I called [Name] and asked about the check not being cashed. He was patience and tracked it down and assured that the passport application was turned in (cashed check finally showed up Monday night). Tuesday morning I got a FedEx tracking number. Today is Wednesday (11/12) noon and I just got my husband's passport. We are leaving Saturday morning! The last 10 days has been so stressful not knowing if my husband was going to be able to come with me and the kids on this wonderful vacation. I would upgrade to the faster method (3-4 days for $50 more) the next time so I can sleep better a few more nights. So thankful for [Name], he took all my concerns serious and was very responsive to all my questions. You can really count on this company to deliver!

They are the best ,cheapest and the fastest passport service you can think of received my passport in 2 business days included memorial day. Just wanted to say thanks to DAVID and his crew.
