I'd put off getting a passport until the last minute and Fast Passport Center made sure that my procrastination did not cost me my vacation. The entire process was easy to follow and throughout, all communications I had with David at Fast Passport Center were amicable and to the point. Because of FPC's professionalism, I was in a position to have an amazing travel experience. I would absolutely recommend this agency to anyone in need of a timely passport expediting.

We were running short on time to get our passports renewed so I looked into fastpassportcenter.com. They were able to get both of our passports back to us with weeks to spare!!! It was very easy and I highly recommend using their services!

I do not even feel like giving this company one star but they don't have an option for less than that!! I needed an expedited passport and paid $275 for a 2 day turn around. Then of course when I speak to them they tell its no less that 4-5 days! 1st mistake! I payed for the service on Sept. 13 and needed it by my daughter's travel date on the 27th! There was a setback in the process and tried to reach the person I was dealing with,(I will for now let him remain nameless) was impossible to reach! I heard back from him a whole 10 hours later with the response "you should have listened to me". And a VERY negative attitude instead of asking "lets think of another option". I had almost a full week until I needed it and was told "he was very doubtful". I went to the Miami Passport agency myself and fixed the issue myself. I received the passport the same day and they advised me these agencies had "very limited power" and are useless. I contacted the company asking for a refund since I obviously did not need the passport from them anymore they said "no, because this was all your fault" Worst and rudest customer service!!!!! STAY AWAY! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Fast Passport Center is a registered courier with the U.S. Department of State passport agency. We work with over eight passport agencies across the United States and have helped thousands of clients obtain passports in as little as seven hours. This process occurs with the following steps: 1. Shortly after a client signs up, we E-mail the client a detailed instructions checklist and a shipping label 2. The client completes the checklist and ships us the documents using the FedEx label. 3. We submit the documents to the passport agency. Regarding the turn-around time, we clearly state on every sign-up page (and on our terms and conditions which clients read and agree to before signing up) that our service times begin once we receive the documents from the client and submit them to the United States passport agency. For additional clarity, we also state on the instructions checklist that the processing times begin once we submit the documents to the agency. Regarding the above complaint, the passport was on track to be processed within the client’s requested time frame. The process was delayed due to a suspension issued by the U.S. Department of State because the client did not sign the application (which is Step 1 on the instructions checklist and also included on our ‘Frequent Mistakes to Avoid’ information sheet). Once we were informed by the U.S. Department of State that there was a suspension, within 1-2 hours we sent the official U.S. Department of State hold letter to the client, along with detailed instructions on how to quickly rectify the problem and clear the hold issue. The client did not follow our instructions which resulted in further delay. Regarding the client’s use of a regional passport agency, in general such agencies do not assist the public without a pre-scheduled appointment, barring it is a life or death situation. Since Fast Passport Center’s primary goal is for all clients to make their trip, we are glad the Miami passport agency permitted the client to walk in without an appointment and obtain the passport.

My Passport expired in one month, & I had made airline reservations not knowing that it would not be accepted by the airline. My flight was set for July 9, 2016 & I was informed of this on July 7. I found Fast Passport Center online under great stress, I paid the fee & I received my documents from them asap which helped tremendously. I printed them out & during lunch at work I rushed home to get my expiring Passport, had my picture taken, followed David's advice to read the instructions carefully, & I sent out the package from a UPS store. The next day I was receiving a FedEx confirmation that my new Passport was being shipped. It arrived as they said on Saturday the 9th of July, by 10 am. I took off for my flight at 1 pm that afternoon with my new Passport. Utterly amazing! Fast Passport Center was fast, very helpful and professional. Amazing Passport service!

It’s a blessing to have good people out there providing needed services! I found Fast Passport Center via Google and when I entered the site, the first button was the exact service I needed (Renew Passport). Having clicked the button, I was then presented with selections for how fast I needed my passport and the associated prices. At first, the prices seemed high, but upon consideration, they were actually a great value. Just think, drive 300 miles, stand in line and then figure out you forgot a document (oh brother, think of the frustration). I filled out the form, entered my credit card and was elated to find that I could have my passport back in 2 business days… even faster if I wanted to pay more. I opted for the two-day service. Once I filled out the online form, I had an email within minutes with very specific and detailed instructions. There was no doubt about it, you were to follow these instructions to the letter and not follow the government instructions, if you wanted to succeed. I followed the instructions, then ran through the checklist twice and dropped off the package at FedEx using the pre-printed label they emailed me. Low and behold, 2 days later, just as promised, FedEx delivered my original documents as well as my newly renewed passport! Bravo! Well done Fast Passport Center! If you’re in a hurry, don’t’ hesitate, but do follow their list. I can highly recommend them based on my successful recent interaction.

Excellent service, and easy to do. My company needed me at a jobsite out of country within a couple days and I hadn't realized my passport had expired. I checked some sites and for one day service they had a good price and good reviews. Please know that 1 day service doesn't include getting it there and getting it back. But I put it in overnight Tuesday night and had it back Thursday morning with enough time to catch my flight. Also they have a great checklist and if you follow it, it is really easy. David kept me posted throughout the process. Awesome!
